About the job
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll be assisting entrepreneurs in building their online presence and expanding their businesses, both individually and collectively. You’ll be required to work closely with your partners to identify and analyze client needs and trends. We build and implement business plans for all types of enterprises in consultation.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
- Utilize Google Analytics to help our organization have a clear understanding of how organic/paid traffic travels through our content assets and turns into paying customers.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Create interactive Google Data Studio Dashboards.
- Understanding of Google tag manager, heap, heatmap tools like Crazyegg/hotjar/clarity, Hubspot.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
Desired Candidate Profile
- At least 2 year of proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
- Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, webmaster, hubspot, mailchimp etc.)
- Experienced in identifying target audiences and developing digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Excellent understanding of SEO, Social Media, Content Marketing concepts and best practices
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Skills and experience in creative content and copy writing
Education
- UG : Any Graduate
- PG : MBA/PGDM in Marketing
