The terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to GeopFX’s content on its websites or applications that include a link to this Terms (the “Site”). We have the right to amend the Terms at any moment without notice, so please revisit this page periodically. The last time these Terms were amended was on January 2, 2022. You agree to these Terms by accessing and using this Site.
1. Copyright
Content, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and videos, as well as their selection and arrangement, as well as any concepts, know-how, tools, frameworks, software, applications, or other technology, models, processes, and industry viewpoints inherent or ingrained in the aforementioned, as well as any improvements to or variant works thereof (the “Site”) is GeopFX’s intellectual copyright, which is governed by Indian and international copyright laws to the degree applicable. Without our written permission, neither the Site Content nor the Site’s features may be duplicated, copied, modified, reverse engineered, edited, uploaded, published, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form. All rights are reserved that are not specifically given.
2. Trademarks
GeopFX’s registered and unregistered trademarks, trade names, designs, and logos (collectively, the “Trademarks”) are featured on the Site. You agree not to allude to or characterize any relevant data in any public platform (e.g., press releases, websites, or public social media) for the purpose of marketing, publicity, or notifying or affecting any third party, unless we explicitly allow it, and that you will never use or procreate any Trademark of GeopFX, or indicate any approval by or connection to GeopFX unless we explicitly allow it.
3. Usage of site content
As per the Term of Use, GeopFX shall grant you a limited, quasi-non-transferable, conditional permit to access, analyze, exhibit, and make one copy of the Site Content on any single machine solely for your personal, educational use, provided that you do not alter the Site Content in any way (including by creating derivative works thereof). Without GeopFX’s express written authorization, you would never otherwise replicate, edit, repurpose, disseminate, transmit, post, or publish the Site Content. Additionally, without GeopFX’s prior written authorization, you may still not “clone” the Site Content or any aspect of it. Nothing about this Site must be interpreted as giving, explicitly or implicitly, or by connotation, any license or permission to use any GeopFX intellectual property except as clearly stated below. If you do not comply with these Terms, the rights given in this section will immediately end.
4. User-submitted content/posts
You accept and agree that GeopFX owns and controls the information you provide. You acknowledge and accept that by providing us with any such submission, you effectively give, and hereby do, GeopFX unlimited authority to use, write, and otherwise leverage any and all details that you submit or otherwise publish on the Site in postings, discussion groups or internet forums, application forms, online surveys, or otherwise. Moreover, in connection with GeopFX’s use and publication of such submissions, you hereby waive all claims against GeopFX for any alleged or real infringements of any rights of privacy or publicity, intellectual property rights, moral rights, or attribution rights.
You agree not to post or otherwise publish on the Site any materials that are unlawful such as
- vulgar, intimidating, libelous, or derogatory
- would be deemed as a criminal offense, give rise to a civil lawsuit, or otherwise violate federal law, or promote actions that would be a criminal offense
- violate any third-party property rights, confidentiality, or other rights
- comprise a computer virus or other potentially harmful component
- represent or include false or misleading statements
GeopFX makes no representations or warranties about the correctness or dependability of information posted by users on the Site. Furthermore, GeopFX does not evaluate all comments posted by users on the Site and is not responsible for such information. GeopFX retains the right to deny to post and delete any information, in whole or in part, for any or no reason.
5. Disclaimer
Decision-based on the site content is solely based on your prudence and is your own risk. All information and features on this website are provided “As Is” without any direct or indirect warranty. GeopFX is not liable or responsible for any information provided on linked websites, or which is part of user submissions or provided by third parties.
GeopFX will not hold liable for any loss- Incidental, consequential, or indirect irrespective of whether the advice of possible losses or damages was provided or not.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, protect, and hold GeopFX and all of its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and representatives harmless from and against any and all liability, expenses, costs, or other losses (“Losses”) incurred by GeopFX and/or GeopFX’s Indemnified Parties in relation with any claims resulting from your use of the Site and/or any clear violation by you of these Terms, including the representations, terms and conditions, and guarantees.
7. Third-party websites and providers
We may also offer links to third-party websites, and a few of the material showing up on this Site is in reality supported, assisted, or issued intentionally or unintentionally by third parties. GeopFX accepts no accountability for these third-party websites, which are controlled by the relevant third-party content providers’ terms of service and privacy policies if any.
8. Jurisdiction of the Governing Law
These Terms are regulated by the law of New Delhi, India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
