Our Business Strategy specialist will act as trusted consultants to our clients, assisting them in making informed decisions about where to compete and how to win in order to increase revenue and business value. Our business strategists will combine a number of important capabilities to design integrated programs that transform our clients’ organizations, including Business Strategy, Digital Marketing & Insights, People and Process, and Business Transformation.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify strategies for growth and value creation
- Maintain clear and complete knowledge on business operations and procedures.
- Determine business roadmap and provide support in future business planning.
- Develop the appropriate business models, operating models, and capabilities to support their strategic vision
- Maximize the ROI on investments and leverage digital marketing and technology trends to architect future business strategies.
- Recommend business improvements based on market and competitive trends.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for company growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
- Experience working independently with minimal guidance
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment
- Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
- Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or other business-related fields
