Online Sales & BD Specialist - Remote
About the job
The job includes planning, directing, and executing new business development and online sales (through websites, social media, and other online marketing channels) in order to increase sales and conversions and promote our services. This position necessitates knowledge of online marketing channels such as email, digital ads, and social media, as well as the ability to evaluate data using Google Analytics.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Developing great customer relationships, working closely with clients, and understanding their needs.
- Observe market trends and online sales data to develop sales forecasts and build effective strategies.
- Monitoring sales calls, new and closed sales, and any follow-up activities that may occur after a campaign has run.
- Develop the new business strategy and pipeline with recommended marketing activity ensuring that the pipeline is in line with the company goals and revenue targets.
- Lead the response to brief and pitching; lead and support the pitch teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2+ years digital industry experience and knowledge
- Proven extensive delivery of complex digital activity (campaigns, content, web and mobile experiences) and marketing communications to clients.
- Proven success in winning, delivering and retaining key clients.
- Highly polished pitch and presentation skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Expert networking skills to generate new business and relationships
- Ability to work at speed and under pressure.
- Strong financial acumen, written and oral communication skills.
- Enthusiastic and passionate – genuinely love digital and enjoy solving problems for clients
Education
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a similarly relevant field
